Armoza Formats was founded in 2005 and rapidly grew to be one of the top creators of global content in the international market. In 2019 Armoza Formats became part of ITV Studios, and in 2022 expanded to become ITV Studios production arm in Israel.

In 2024, Armoza Formats was reacquired by its founder, Avi Armoza, restoring its independence
and reaffirming its commitment to innovation, boundary-pushing, and creativity,
While retaining the right to exclusively produce ITV Studios’ formats in Israel.
